Even Glassdoor can’t believe that Micro Focus behavior is so bad and unethical! Don’t work for them

Even Glassdoor thinks Micro Focus behaviors is so bad and unethical! Don’t work for them or do business with them.

It is clear from the email from Glassdoor received on 2/16/22, that Glassdoor can’t believe Micro Focus did what they did: “A review you recently submitted on Glassdoor contains strong allegations, language and/or opinions about an employer or individual. While your review meets our Community Guidelines, we need you to re-verify it as a truthful statement in order for us to keep live on Glassdoor.”

It is telling!

Note that every statement in the story is true. It happened as such and was documented and / or can be construed (E.g., was it really bad intention or sheer incompetence, etc. Neither Justification is acceptable from a publicly traded company like Micro Focus, MFGP. There are no excuse.) as such based on the documented facts. Material from the whistle blowing action with Micro Focus and subsequent emails or contemporary notes are available (to be suitably censored) to any good faith investigating party, or even Glassdoor or Indeed for that matter! Micro Focus really did this, no matter how incredible and unethical it is. That is including the fact that no apologies was even ever received!

Yet, I am sure they (Glassdoor or Indeed) have seen their share of terrible behaviors! Micro Focus tops them all it seems!

The advices are clear: do not work for Micro Focus. Do not do Business with them. They are either unethical or incompetent or both!
