Micro Focus allegedly may be trying to remove negative feedbacks from Glassdoor and maybe elsewhere. We have no proof, but look at what happened.
Glassdoor.com policy o company review claims that employers remove review, so that user can trust Glassdoor. It is great.
Yet Micro Focus uses or does it self, lots of reputation repairs on glassdoor, Indeed, and on the internet with say Google.com. That is bad but common practice.
Now see the story excerpted from https://essemonreport.wordpress.com/2022/02/10/indeed-job-reviews-cant-be-taken-seriously-go-to-glassdoor-instead/
Update on Micro Focus attempt at Reputation repair instead of doing the right thing (see story here):
Here is the email received 1 week after from Glassdoor:

If Micro Focus really cares, they could still do the right thing and compensate for the USD 800000 lost in coverage (!) and damages of reasonable reliance as well as the de facto derelict of duty in how they handled the whistle blowing (details here). Micro Focus can DM us at @essemonreport on Twitter to explore resolution That’s wat they should do, instead of probably trying to squeeze Glassdoor, to violate also their own policy by removing the review. At least it looks like Glassdoor did the right thing even if they tried to use a loophole around their commitment/policy to not remove reviews!
You will note: “While your review meets our Community Guidelines, we need you to re-verify it as a truthful statement in order for us to keep live on Glassdoor”.
Let me be clear. Every statement made is / was documented in the whistle blowing report. If Micro Focus wants that published also, it can be done! That is not slander or defamation. For this there is a need to desire to cause harm. Here the desire and motivation is 1) to warn others about Micro Focus by telling the true story and experience of working for them 2) Ensure that the information is findable considering the efforts and money that Micro Focus can throw at reputation repair to burry this review (the email from Glassdoor is telling). 3) Of course leave the door open to Micro Focus if they finally decided that they would want to do the right thing. A bit late though!
To be clear, we did confirm to Glassdoor on 2/16/22 at 10:09PM PST, just in case Micro Focus manage to convince Glassdoor to remove it anyway. If it happens teh story will be forwarded to news media!

This alleged (no proof but quite probably considering that this happened a week after and that Micro Focus has a social media guy commenting on many reviews on Glassdoor) attempt to influence glassdoor will be reported in a dedicated blog too! People must know!
