Micro Focus does not do the right thing! You shouldn’t work for Micro Focus, it can’t be trusted.

Micro Focus is a company that does not hold its commitments to its employees even when it is the result of its own mistakes. Even when employees incurred damages as a result, Micro Focus avoids in every possible ways to compensate or even just apologize. It has used a pattern of such actions to avoid responsibility, push away older experienced employees or even intimidate employees.

Before our 2017 merger into Micro Focus, the company would always try to do the right thing for its employees, Micro Focus simply does not do the right thing. The merger has been such a disappointment! The company has lost its compass, that it be moral or business and vision wise. Management after any short financial gains or savings no matter the longer-term impact.

Employees and future employees should run from Micro Focus. Why work for a company that does not care. Customers should wonder if they can trust companies that drive crazy audits of its customers but don’t respect their own commitments.

Pros Nobody cares, so if you do not want to work hard and still get paid, it's your place. Cons Not trustworthy, not caring, not respecting its commitments, no ambition, no future. Not ethical. Does not do the right thing. Does not care! Incompetent management! Run!
